ELIZABETH F. DREXLER is Associate Professor of Anthropology and Director of Peace and Justice Studies at Michigan State University. For more than twenty years, she has conducted research on human rights, transitional justice and impunity in Indonesia and Timor Leste. In ongoing research, she explores structural injustice and visual culture in the U.S. and globally. In teaching and mentoring, she is committed to inspiring students to be active citizens contributing to social justice.
